Girls in Film and Television, or GIFT, is an incredible organization that aims to give teen girls real experience in all aspects of creating film and television content.
As a female editor, I know what it feels like to try to build a career in a male-dominated field. That’s why I wanted to mentor the next generation of girls and women in the film and television industries. Their mission and vision of getting more girls and women behind the camera and on screen mean a lot to me, and being a mentor has been a wonderful experience.
